Recruits at Washington State’s Basic Law Enforcement Academy in Burien, which trains police officers state wide, have been caught in a large scale cheating scandal that may have been going on for years.

This could be related to the many controversies involving the Spokane Police Department and ethical lapses and killing of innocent people such as Otto Zehm.
